PRICES


WEEKLY or BI-WEEKLY REGULAR HOUSE CLEAN: $30/Hour/Cleaner plus parking expenses if they apply. Prices include HST.
 If you need us to bring our vacuum a flat rate of $10 will be charged,HST included.
With this service you can provide a list of specific things you wish for us to take care of every time we come and as we complete them we will check-mark them for you. Please see a general list for this service below.
This rate applies only to customer with preset weekly or bi-weekly cleaning appointments.


OCCASIONAL CLEAN, MOVING IN & MOVING OUT: $35/Hour/Cleaner plus parking expenses if they apply. Prices include HST.
If you need us to bring our vacuum a flat rate of $10 will be charged,HST included.
With this service you just email us  and book an appointment. We will clean any surface that requires cleaning, please see complete list below. Please allow extra time for blinds and let us know in advance how many you need for us to clean.

  Payment is required at the completion of the daily job.
We accept cash. Personal Cheques from regular customers only.

Gift certificates are available upon request. Please read ahead to find out how much "cleaning time" you may want to purchase as we design each gift certificate according to the amount of time each person wishes to buy. Each hour is charged at $25 per cleaner.

Regular House Cleaning List

KITCHEN

• Cabinets cleaned outside
• Sinks and Back Splash washed
• Dishes loaded in the dishwasher (if the dishwasher is full of clean dishes please allow for extra time to unload it)
  
• Counter tops and Shelves wiped
• All appliances wiped on their outside
• All Baseboards, Walls, Windows, and Doors spot cleaned
  
• Tables and Chairs spot cleaned
  
• Trash emptied and wiped
• Floor vacuumed and mopped

BATHROOMS

• Sink, Bathtub, Shower walls, Glass doors, and Toilet wiped and sanitized
• Mirrors cleaned
• Cabinets cleaned on the outside
• Counters and Shelves wiped
• All Baseboards, Walls, Windows, and Doors wiped
• Trash emptied and wiped
• Floor vacuumed and mopped
• Towels changed (if left out)

BEDROOMS

• All surfaces wiped
• Carpeted floors and Rugs vacuumed (we do not provide professional carpet and rug cleaning)
• Non-carpeted floors vacuumed and mopped
• Light organization (for faster service please remove all extra stuff from floors and surfaces to be cleaned)
• Beds made and bedsheets changed if clean sheets provided
• Mirrors cleaned
• All Baseboards, Walls, Windows, and Doors spot cleaned
  
• Trash emptied

OTHER LIVING AREAS

• All surfaces wiped
• Carpeted floors and Rugs vacuumed
  
• Non-carpeted floors vacuumed and mopped
• Upholstered furniture vacuumed, as well as cushions and pillows
• Glass tables wiped
• Light organizing (for faster service please remove all extra stuff from floors and surfaces to be cleaned)
• Mirrors cleaned
• All Baseboards, Walls, Windows, and Doors spot cleaned

Please allow for extra time for horizontal blinds, each one usually takes 30 - 45 minutes depending on dirt. For other types of blinds and curtains please call to discuss.

HOW LONG WILL IT REALISTICALLY TAKE TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE?
For a home with a:

• 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom will take 3  person-hours, depending on dirt and clutter. 
  
• 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms will take 3.5-4 person-hours, depending on dirt and clutter.
  
• 3 bedrooms, 2 - 2.5 bathrooms will take 4-5 person-hours, depending on dirt and clutter.
  
• 4 bedrooms, 3 -3.5  bathrooms will take 5-7person-hours, depending on dirt and clutter.
  
• 5 bedrooms, 4 - 5 bathrooms will take 6-8 person-hours, depending on dirt and clutter.
